Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we accept walk-ins. However, it is advisable to check availability on our website or call us at +63 927 659 0176.

Do you charge a day tour fee?

We do not offer a day tour set-up. However, our restaurant, cafe and bar are open for walk-in guests.

What are your room rates?

Room rates can be found by visiting our booking site or messaging us in Messenger.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check in time is at 3PM and check out is at 12NN. Early check in and late check out can be arranged, subject to availability, by speaking with reception, however fees would apply.

Do you accept advanced bookings?

Yes, advanced bookings are highly recommended.

What time does the restaurant and bar operate?

Our restaurant, cafe and bar are open from 8AM to 10PM on Mondays and Tuesdays and from 8AM to 11PM on Wednesdays to Sundays.

Do you accept pre-orders?

Yes, we accept pre-orders with at least 50% payment at the restaurant and cafe prior to arrival.

How do I book private functions?

Kindly email events@fatwavesurfresort.net or reservations@fatwavesurfresort.net for bookings on private functions.

Do you have on-site parking space?

Parking is available inside the establishment.

Can I cancel/change my reservation?

If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy as stated in the terms and conditions. For more information, kindly refer to the house and policies by clicking on the button below.

Are pets allowed?

The restaurant is pet friendly, however pets are strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Hence, it is not advisable to bring pets when guests plan to check in.

Are facemasks required at the resort?

Face Masks must be worn at all times. We require vaccination cards to be presented to the front office prior to check in.

Do I need a valid ID upon check-in?

Yes, one valid ID must be presented upon check-in.

Do you accept discounts for senior citizens?

Yes, we accept discounts only for one senior guest with the group.

Is there a curfew or any restriction?

Yes. Swimming at the beach is allowed only until 6PM. The resort is open until 11PM only. This curfew and restriction applies to all establishments in Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union.

Is a health protocol kit available?

We have alcohol and face masks (upon request) at strategic areas.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is NOT allowed at the restaurant and bar area and inside the hotel rooms.
